Yes. Our projects carry DTCP, CMDA or RERA approval as applicable, with clear titles and legal documentation. Ask our team for the approval number of any project you are considering.
Yes. Site visits are free, and our team can help with travel and walk you through the layout on site.
Yes. You can reserve, book and pay online from anywhere — useful if you live outside Chennai or abroad.
Pricing & payments
Typically between ₹25,000 and ₹3 lakh, depending on the property and its price. We confirm your preferred plot or unit before you pay.
Yes. Selected projects offer 0% interest EMI and flexible schedules such as part-payment and registration-linked instalments.
Yes. We help arrange home and plot loans through banks and NBFCs, subject to project approval and your eligibility.
GST applies to under-construction villas and apartments. It does not apply to land or plots.

Documents & registration
Our in-house documentation and legal team prepares the paperwork, schedules registration, and guides you through the day at the sub-registrar office.
The registered sale deed, patta where applicable, layout approval copies, payment receipts and copies of your agreements.
Yes. Our Customer Experience team helps with EC, patta updates and electricity connections after the sale.
NRI buyers
Yes. NRIs can buy residential plots, villas and apartments, and commercial property. We support you end to end, from booking to handover. See our NRI guidelines.
Yes. We offer live video site tours, online booking and payment, and registration through a Power of Attorney holder in India, with doorstep documentation and courier support.
Usually a passport copy, OCI/PIO card if applicable, PAN card and proof of overseas residence. Our legal team will guide you.
