6. Booking & refund policy
- Booking amount. Any payment, online or offline, is a token advance to reserve the unit, and is confirmed once the payment clears and we acknowledge it.
- Refunds. Booking amounts are generally non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing at the time of booking. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually; administrative or processing charges may apply.
- Cancellation by the buyer. The booking amount is forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation by the company. If a project is cancelled or the unit becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, the full booking amount is refunded without interest.
- Timeline. Eligible refunds are processed within 30–45 business days, to the original payment method or another agreed method.
7. Disclaimer
- Images, renderings, layouts and brochures are illustrative and may not match the final product.
- Plans, amenities and specifications may change due to approvals, technical needs or decisions by architects, engineers or authorities.
- Prices are indicative. The final price is the one in the agreement signed at booking.
- Buyers should verify DTCP, CMDA and RERA approvals before purchasing.
- Logos and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from use of this website, errors in its content, technical problems, downtime or viruses. You use the information at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
